Conditions for Return and Refund:
Unused, Unworn Condition: The item must be in unused, unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Defective or Damaged Items: If your timepiece is defective, damaged, or does not match the description provided on our website, you may return it for a full refund or exchange at no additional cost.
Non-Delivery or Address Issues: If your item does not arrive at the address you specified or the courier is unable to locate the address, you must contact the courier directly. If the issue is not addressed in a timely manner, the reimbursement will be forfeited.
Regular Grade Watches: Returns for regular grade watches will only be accepted if the watch has a defect. Small divergences between the regular grade and authentic watch are acceptable.
Unboxing Video: To facilitate the refund process in case of defects, we highly recommend filming your unboxing experience.
Refund Process:
If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Non-Refundable First Shipping:
