Refunds and Returns Policy

At, we take pride in offering high-quality replica watches that meet or exceed our clients’ expectations. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and our clients may need to return or exchange their purchases. That’s why we have a comprehensive refund and returns policy to ensure our clients’ satisfaction.


Our clients can return their purchases within 30 days of delivery if they are not satisfied with their replica watches. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, and the client must have filmed an unboxing video as evidence in case of delivery issues.


If you are returning AAA or Superclone grade watches, you must send the item back to our warehouse using a courier service. A-grade watches are refunded only if they have defects. Please note that slight differences between A-grade and authentic watches in finishing and feel are expected.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If the branded Patek Philippe box was bought separately, it won’t be refunded unless damaged or defective.
Clearance Sale Items – Clearance sale items are final and cannot be refunded.


If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it with a new one. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the exchange process.

Shipping Returns

To return your item, mail it to our physical address. You will be responsible for the shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from it. To lower shipping costs, you can keep the watch box if you are expecting an exchange.

For high-value items like Superclone grade watches, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
